eLitmus was launched in 2005 and is also known as pH test (Hiring Potential Test). It is basically aimed at recruitment of freshers and entry-level professionals. It is conducted and organized by eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited which is based in Bangalore. It has partnerships with over 200 companies that recruit the candidates via this test.
b) About The Test
eLitmus test is one of the best employability tests in India. It evaluates the candidates in a number of parameters and awards grades or scores to all the candidates of India. The scores are simply known as pH scores that determine the capability of test takers.
It is pen and paper based test which is of two hours duration. It is mainly divided into three sections viz. quantitative, verbal and analytic sections. Each section has 20 questions making a total of 60 questions. The maximum marks in the test are 600 and has multiple choice questions. The test also has negative marking for wrong answers. Absolute and percentile scores are awarded to the students after taking the test.
This test is best for the freshers or the candidates who have 0-2 years of experience.

The test assesses the candidates in a number of topics viz. General Mental Aptitude, English Communication, Behavioural Skills and Domain Knowledge.

Aptitude Test 2: IPAT
IPAT
IPAT (Iconic Professional Assessment Test) is organized by Iconic Career Options which was founded in 2009. It creates a platform by linking candidates, campus and cooperates together. It is operated from Delhi and Gurgaon.
a) Registration
Candidates can register on the website by filling all the required details about education and job.
b) Test Fees
The test fee for IPAT is Rs 1200/- only. It can be paid by depositing cash at the nearby Axis Bank.
c) About the Test
The test may be online or offline. It depends on the city where the candidate has applied for. It is of 1 hour duration and has 75 multiple choice questions. It tests the candidates in the following sections:

d) Test Score
The test score is valid for a limited period of time. Depending on the candidate’s score, he or she gets interview calls from various companies. Aptitude Test 3: AMCAT

AMCAT stands for Aspiring Mind’s Computer Adaptive Assessment. It is organized by Aspiring Minds and is one of the largest employability tests in India. The test helps the companies and institutions to choose the right talent.
Aspiring Minds was founded by Varun Aggarwal and co-founded by Himanshu Aggarwal in 2008. It has head quarter in Gurgaon and another office in Bangalore. Other offices are in various cities of India.
b) Registration
Candidates can register for the test online and schedule the test by choosing the date, test centre and slot. Candidates are provided with AMCAT ID which they can use while appearing in the test as well as job interviews. This AMCAT ID is of 14 digits long.
c) About Test
The test is comprised of different sections viz. English, Quantitative Ability and Logical Ability. It is a multidimensional test which also consists of personality and behaviour evaluation.
Candidates can check the syllabus of AMCAT by logging into the website. Moreover, sample papers are also available on the website for practice. There is no negative marking in this test.

The test fee for AMCAT is Rs 675/- and can be paid via online mode or via demand draft.

Aptitude Test 4: NASSCOM NAC-TECH
NASSCOM
a) About
NAC TECH test is organized by NASSCOM and is one of the best employability tests in India. It helps in increasing the employability of job seekers. It is conducted by Merit Trac Services that has partnership with NASSCOM.
b) Test Fee
The test fee is Rs 660 and can be paid via demand draft in favour of “MeritTrac Services Pvt Ltd”, Bangalore.
c) Registration
After the payment is received, Merit Trac sends username and password to the candidates. They can take print out of the hall ticket and carry it to the test location. Results are announced within 20 days of appearing in the exam.
d) About the Test
It is a national employability test and those who pass this test are eligible to attend interview calls from employers. The test is of 3 hours long and consists of 2 parts viz. PART A and PART B. PART A comprises various sections viz. verbal ability, analytical ability, attention to detail, written English test, programming fundamentals and learning ability.
PART B is comprised of core subject knowledge. The test is valid for one year and can be re-attempted after 90 days of appearing in the test.
Aptitude Test 5: Job Montor Test

b) About the Test
The Job mentor test consists of two parts viz. Aptitude Test, Technical Skill Test (Optional) and Personality Interview. It is available in online as well as offline mode.
